My Credentials
I obtained my PhD in clinical-health psychology. As a health psychologist, I am interested in how biological, psychological, and social factors interact with, and affect your, overall wellness. A lot of my work includes exploring the relationship that stress, health beliefs, coping styles, and other psychosocial factors play into your functioning.
After my PhD, I did a 2-year neuropsychology fellowship. As a neuropsychologist, I am trained to parse out, and have a better understanding of, your cognitive strengths and weaknesses and how they possibly interplay with emotional and physical functioning, and potentially impact relationships.
I am currently a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), New York State Psychological Association (NYSPA), International Neuropsychological Society (INS), Society of Behavioral Medicine (SBM), Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback (AAPB).
